INDICATIONS:

Bio-Artroflex 100 is a complementary feed based on Condroitin sulphate, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Copper, Zinc, Manganese and Selenium which has been specifically developed to address the changes in the osteocarilagineous apparatus of athlete horses in Degenerative Joint Diseases (DJD). Hence, it is recommended in all conditions of articular stress as an intensive physical activity, a rehabilitation, chronic arthropahties, osteoarthrosis, osteoarthritis, and even to repair bone fractures and tendinous injuries. Condroitin sulphate is a natural component of the articular cartilage that is well absorbed at an intestinal level and it has got a high trophism for the cartilaginous tissues even 5 hours after the oral intake. Condroitin sulphate encourages collagenous fibers synthesis, and avoids the enzymatic degradation of hyaluronic acid made by free radicals hence inhibiting the cartilaginous degradation and helping the restoration of the cartilaginous tissue itself. Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Selenium of the Bio-Artroflex 100 have an additional antioxidizing activity by the restriction of the oxidizing damage of articulations produced in athlete horses by an intensive physical exercise and degenerative arthropaties. Bio-Artroflex 100 is even indicated as a nutritive aid for pregnant brood-mares, in fact it is well known that a copper lack produces osteogenesis problems to the fetus.

EMPLOYMENT AMOUNTS:

30 g/ day for all the training and competition period. Far from the competitions, cycles of 20-30 days long are suggested. In mares and foals cycles of 20 days long using 30 g/day are suggested. Association with FOSMIN 2/1 is strongly suggested. Use under veterinary indications.
